Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has increased slightly since the last message. The largest event was a C4.0 at 19:40 UT yesterday from a newly-emerged active region NOAA 14126 (beta/C-type, N07W34) which is composed of small pores. A C1.2 flare at 13:21 UT yesterday was produced by the target region NOAA 14122. This region has been stable in the magnetic complexity of a beta/D-type, with a sustained increase in the sunspot size to 140 μh. Today, the target region should remain with 14122, considering its high spot maturity and large spot area on the disk. Additional low-C flares are expected in the following 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 14122 on 29-June-2025 at 11:30 UT is
N13E08 (-128", 169")
