Dear Collaborators,
The current solar disk is spotless and plageless with no increase in the level of solar activity expected anytime soon. The filament located in the northern polar zone will continue to be the default target.
The position of the target filament on October 15 at 06:45 UT is: N47E47 (Solar X = -481", Solar Y = 656")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
