Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has increased since the last message. The largest event during the period was an M3.5 at 03/16/16:22 UT produced by a southeast limb region. This limb region also produced an M1.2 flare at 03/16/21:27 UT and nine C-class flares (including a C8.2). Today we will switch the target to this limb region. Yesterday's target, the northeast limb region (N15E86), produced four low C-class flares. More C-class activities are expected from these two limb regions, with a chance of additional M-class flares in the next few days.
The approximate position of the target on March 17 at 12:30 UT is:
S15E87 (-940", -230")
