Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has increased to a low-to-moderate level since the last message due to the activities from over the Northeast limb. The region appeared from the Northeast limb at the latitude of ~19 degree produced an M3.2 flare today (5/19) at 08:13 UT. Although the sunspot is not visible yet from us, this region also produced 4 high-B and 4 low-C class flares. Yesterday's target, NOAA 14087, has been flare-quiet in the past 24 hours.
Today, we will switch our default target to the yet-to-be-numbered region on the Northeast limb. Additional C to M class activities are expected.
The position of the target on 19-May-2025 at 16:00 UT is: N20E82 (-881", 332").
