MM#009 Default Target
Dear Collaborators,
Deep solar minimum conditions are expected to continue without a change anytime soon. The tiny decaying target region (NOAA 2749) has decayed significantly. The target will switch to a large prominence located in the northern polar zone.
The approximate position of the target on October 11 at 06:00 UT is: N48E90 (Solar X =-643", Solar Y = 710")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
