Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a very low level. A small number of flares were produced in the last 24 hours, the largest being a C2.8 from NOAA 14105 at 18:36 UT yesterday. NOAA 14105 remains classified as a beta-gamma region, but shows signs of decay. Additionally, there has been minimal sunspot activity demonstrated by this region. Further C-class activity is anticipated.
The position of NOAA 14105 on 09-June-2025 at 11:30 UT is
S15E02, (-31", -251") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
