Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has been at very low levels for the past 24 hours. There are still no sunspot regions on the visible disk. The limb target (a plage region) has rotated onto the disk. No notable events are expected in the next 24 hour period.
The approximate position of the target on March 2 at 14:30 UT is:
S18E80 (-910", -220")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.

Ying Li (Purple Mountain Observatory)
