Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has further declined since the last message. Two B-class flares were produced in the last 24 hours, the largest being a B5.5 from an unnumbered region in the southwest quadrant. Four small active regions sparsely populate the western hemisphere of the solar disk, while coronal holes dominate. The target region will remain NOAA 14377, further B-class activity is expected in the next 24 hours, with a slight chance for low isolated C-class events.
The position of NOAA 14377 on 21-February-2026 at 08:30 UT is
N07W21, (346", 228") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
