Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity is at moderate levels. The target region NOAA 12297 has produced several C-class flares since the M9.2 flare two days ago. The region is now classified as having a beta-gamma-delta/D-type magnetic configuration and is showing signs of flux emergence along its trailing edge. This positive polarity flux is emerging into a negative polarity penumbra, which may lead to additional high-M-level activity. Major Flare Watch shall remain in effect.
The position of NOAA 12297 on 9-Mar-2015 at 08:35 UT is:
S17E47, ( -677", -201" )
