Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity is at very low levels with no significant flares in the past 24 hours. As such, today's target will continue to be NOAA 11270, although like the other regions on disk, it too appears to be in the early stages of decay. No significant flares expected in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 11270 on 13-Aug-2011 15:30 UT is:
N23E32 ( -463", 284" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.

Claire Raftery (SSL, UC Berkeley)
