Dear Collaborators,
NOAA 12868 produced a few low B-class flares in the past 24 hours. 12868 has rotated over the west limb, but the nearby region NOAA 12866 can still be seen, which has an alpha/H-type configuration. We will watch this limb region for one more day. If possible, please also include the plage region NOAA 12869 (S19W77) that was the source of two low B-class flares. B-class activities are expected in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12866 on September 15 at 07:30 UT is:
S18W75 (876", -322")
