Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at a low level. Yesterday's target NOAA region 11775 has increased marginally in spot area and significantly in number of spots, but has produced no further flares since yesterday's message. This region is now classified by NOAA as a beta/D-type sunspot group, but still shows signs of a delta spot in one of the main leading spots. The new region beyond the South East limb has produced an additional two (partially occulted) C-class flares, with the largest being a C8.4 on 19-Jun-2013 at 09:33 UT. The target changes to this region due to the increased magnitude and rate of flaring. Further C-class activity is probable, with a small chance for a low M-class event.
The approximate position of this region on 19-Jun-2013 at 10:30 UT is:
S13E90, ( -920", -212" )
