Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity persists at a low level, only four numbered active regions are currently viewable on the solar disk. The largest flare in the last 24 hours was a C3.5 from an unnumbered active region in the southeastern quadrant of the solar disk at 09:27 UT today. While this unnumbered region continues its transit onto the solar disk, the target region will remain as NOAA 14216. Further C-class activity is expected over the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 14216 on 14-September-2025 at 11:30 UT is
N10E45, (-666", 81") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
