MM#009 Default Target
Dear Collaborators,
Solar flare activity continues at a very low level. Target region NOAA 2833 (C-type/beta) was the source of an A7.9 event at 06/20/12:23 UT. 2833 is mostly unchanged, maintaining its large leading polarity round sunspot with a few trailing polarity tiny spots. The weak EFR located just north of the main sunspot has decayed significantly in its leading small spots but has developed slightly in its trailing polarity sunspot. A- and B-class events possible with only an extremely low chance of an isolated C-class event in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 2833 on June 20 at 14:00 UT is: N24W20 (Solar X = 296", Solar Y = 362")
