Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at a low level. The largest event since the last message was a C5.2 flare at 07:25 UT today produced by NOAA 14035 (N15W14) that has a beta/C-type configuration. The target region NOAA 14036 was the source of two C1.3 flares during the period. It retains a beta-gamma/ D-type configuration and shows an increasing current helicity. Today we will continue to watch this region. C-class activities are expected in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 14036 on March 24 at 08:30 UT is:
N07W57 (802", 179")
