Dear Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is low-to-moderate. The target region has been numbered as NOAA 13229 and classified as a beta/D-type sunspot group. 13229 was the source of several C-class since the last message, including the largest magnitude flare - a C9.1 on 16-Feb-2023 at 20:39 UT. Further C-class activity is expected in the following 24-hour period, with a chance for an M-class flare.
