MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
NOAA 2671 (F-type/beta-gamma) has decayed losing its weak magnetic delta configuration. 2671 was the source of several B-class events since the last message. The largest was a B9.5 at 08/18/08:52 UT. B-class activity expected with the chance of a C-class event in the next 24 hours.There is also a very slight chance of an isolated M-class event.
The position of NOAA 2671 on August 18 at 13:00 UT is: N11E28 (Solar X = -439", Solar Y = 083")
