Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at very low levels with the visible solar disk remaining spotless. The only event of note since the last message was a B1.1 flare from NOAA 12849 at 19:25 UT yesterday. The decaying page of NOAA 12846 in the northwest quadrant shall remain the target region for a further 24 hours although no change in activity is expected at this time.
The position of NOAA 12846 on 30-Jul-2021 at 11:30 UT is:
N24W68, ( 801", 351" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
