Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is low. The largest flare since the previous message was a C3.2 flare on 28-Jul-2013 at 12:21 UT released from the area between NOAA 11805 and 11800. Since yesterday this localised complex of sunspot groups (including NOAA 11805, 11800 and decayed regions 11803, 11798, and 11799) has been resposible for multiple C-class flares. There is currently a ~C3 flare in progress from the region. Although there are also two currently emerging bipole regions on disk (near N30W10 and N15E60), the target region is still designated as 11800, as it is clearly still unstable. But, if the observer's field of view is large enough, it should also include NOAA 11805, which appears to be strongly magnetically connected. Tomorrow the target will likely switch to one of the newly emerging bipole regions. Further high B-class activity is expected with a chance for a further C-class event.
