Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar X-ray flux remains steady at the sub-B-level. The newly emerged region in the northeast quadrant has now been designated as NOAA 12659, and is classified as a beta/D-type region. It shall continue to be the target region although no significant increase in activity is expected at this time.
The position of NOAA 12659 on 22-May-2017 at 07:30 UT is:
N14E22, ( -345", 257" )
