Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at a background level. The visible solar disk remains spotless. There seems to be emerging some small magnetic fluxes in the southwest quadrant, accompanying small EUV jets. Quiet Sun conditions should continue in the following 24 hour period.
The approximate position of the target on December 4 at 14:30 UT is:
S07W19 (300”, -100")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
