Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity has increased since the last message due to the emergence of a new active region in the northeast quadrant. Designated as NOAA 12655, the beta region has produced several B-class flares, and shall be the new target region. The region is currently still developing and is likely to produce further B-level events, with a slight chance of an isolated C-class flare.
The position of NOAA 12655 on 5-May-2017 at 11:30 UT is:
N13E30, ( -464", 266" )
