Quiet-Sun conditions continue. The target region, NOAA 12049, has remained quiescent over the past 24 hours. It retains its beta-gamma configuration but has begun to show signs of decay. Further low-level activity possible with chance for an isolated C-class flare.
The position of NOAA 12049 on 1-May-2014 at 07:35 UT is:
S07E24, ( -385", -53" )
