Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has been at a low level. The largest event since the last message was a C1.2 flare at 15:58 UT yesterday from NOAA 14399. This region also produced three high-B flares. It has been classified as an alpha/H-type sunspot group as it rotated onto the disk. Today, the target should switch to 14399. Yesterday’s target, NOAA 14392, has become flare quiet during the period. B-class activity is expected, with another low-C flare likely in the following 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 14399 on 22-Mar-2026 12:30 UT is:
S17E75 (-890", -250")
