Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is very low. NOAA regions 11629 and 11630 have increased marginally in both spot area and number of spots. NOAA 11629 was the source of a C5.7 flare on 12-Dec-2012 at 07:22 UT, while 11630 has continued to produce B-class activity. Today's target will switch to 11629, since this region is currently emerging new positive flux on the Northern edge of the leading negative polarity spots. More B-class activity is expected in the next 24 hours, with a good chance for another C-class flare.
The position of NOAA 11630 on 12-Dec-2012 at 14:00 UT is:
N19W33, ( 499", 327" )
