Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has dropped to a low level in the past 24 hours. The target region NOAA 14334 produced three low-C flares, including the largest event being a C4.4 flare at 05:24 UT today. It has been classified as a beta-gamma/C-type magnetic configuration, with the emergence of additional spots. Today the target shall remain with 14334. More C-class activity is expected within the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 14334 on 8-Jan-2025 12:30 UT is:
S16W00 (0", -206")
