Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity remains very low. A new region with spots has rotated over the North East limb. This region is too close to the limb to reliably determine a magnetic complexity, but appears to be a beta region with well-defined, bright EUV loops. B-class activity is expected.
The approximate position of this region on 18-Feb-2012 at 18:00 UT is:
N15E69, ( -876", 291" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
