MM#009 Default Target
Dear Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2936 (N16E53, D-type/beta) is mostly unchanged and was the source of only minor B-class activity since the last message. We will switch to a new region located just east of 2936. The new target produced a few C-class events including a C9.9 event at 01/25/23:49 and a C7.2 event at 01/26/07:32 UT. The region is currently displaying a small C-type/beta sunspot group with some mixed polarities. If possible, include 2936 within your FOV. C-class activity likely with an isolated M-class event possible in the next 24 hours.
The position of the target on January 26 at 15:00 UT is: N18E76 (Solar X = -900", Solar Y =322")
