Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at a very low level. The target region NOAA 13135 was the source of two C1 flares in the past 24 hours, including the largest one of a C1.4 at 10/31/02:20 UT. 13135 has been classified as a beta/E-type configuration with increasing in the sunspot area and number of spots. More B- class and low C-class flares are expected in the next 24 hours.
