Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has been at a moderate level. The target region NOAA 13917 produced two low M-class flares, an M2.3 at 13:00 UT and an M3.2 at 21:53 UT yesterday, and also seven C-class flares. It has been designated as a beta-delta/D-type region, with increasing the sunspot area and number of spots. Also note that NOAA 13912 (S07W50, beta-gamma/D-type) was the source of five C-class flares. Additional low M-class flares are expected in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 13917 on December 8 at 04:30 UT is: S07E21 (-347", -118")
