MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
NOAA 1147 added a few trailing polarity spots but retains a simple C-type/beta sunspot group. 1147 continues to produce numerous B-class events. Additional B-class events expected with a slight chance of an isolated C-class event today.
The position of NOAA 1147 on January 17 at 15:30 UT is: N27E56 (Solar X = -712", Solar Y = 482")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
