MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at an extremely low level. The visible solar disk is spotless. The target is the leading portion of a filament located within an old, very weak magnetic region. The filament may become activated and disappear in the next 24 hour period.
The position of the target on October 09 at 08:30 UT is: N30E11 (Solar X = -159", Solar Y = 390")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
