Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Quiet-sun conditions continue. X-ray flux has dropped below the B1 level again. The target region NOAA 12685 continues to decay but the associated filament channel remains visible in H-alpha images. No significant increase in activity expected over the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12685 on 28-Oct-2017 at 11:30 UT is:
S09W16, ( 263", -227" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
