Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has been at a background level for the past 24 hours. The target region NOAA 12729 retains its beta/C-type configuration, increasing in sunspot area slightly. It still shows some flux emergence. Minor activities are possible in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12729 on December 7 at 14:30 UT is:
S05W60 (841", -85")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
