Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at low levels. NOAA 14079 remains unchanged in terms of size and complexity since the last message, and has remained quiescent. A small EFR in the southeast quadrant was the source of a C5.4 flare at 12:26 UT today. NOAA 14079 shall continue as the target region for a further 24 hours although no significant increase in activity is expected.
The position of NOAA 14079 on 4-May-2025 at 11:30 UT is:
N08E08, ( -131", 195" )
