Dear Collaborators,
The level of solar activity remains extremely low. The small bipolar flux region that first emerged yesterday in the North East quadrant continued to emerge magnetic flux, and has developed a pore in each of its polarities. It is still unnumbered by NOAA, but becomes the new target. No flares have occurred in the past 24 hours, with no change in flaring activity expected in the next 24-hour period.
The approximate position of this region on 4-Jul-2020 at 13:30 UT is:
N07E26 , ( -413", 67" )
