MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar flare activity continues very low. The background x-ray flux is currently at the B2.2 level. The target region, now numbered NOAA 2352, has a few small spots with mixed polarities. No significant solar flare activity expected during the next 24 hours. An active filament located at N15E01 slowly disappeared early UT today.
The position of NOAA 2352 on May 22 at 10:45 UT is: N06E18 (Solar X = -293", Solar Y = 129")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
