Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has decreased to a low level since the last message. The largest event during the period was an M1.7 flare at 14:27 UT on October 19 produced by the target region NOAA 13854. 13854 was also the source of three C-class flares. It has almost rotated over the west limb. We will watch this region for a final 24 hours but are ending the Major Flare Watch campaign at this time. C-class activities are expected in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 13854 on October 20 at 11:30 UT is:
S06W91 (957", -98")
