Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Quiet-Sun conditions continue. A new bipolar active region has begun to emerge in the southwest quadrant. The region is designated as NOAA 11839 and shall be the new target region. Chance for isolated low level events as the region develops.

S13W35, ( 534", -309" )
