Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity remains very low. NOAA region 11630 has grown marginally in spot area and increased in number of spots. This region is designated by NOAA as a beta/D-type sunspot group, consistent with no longer having polarity mixing among the small intermediate spots. NOAA region 11630 has continued to produce B-class flares since the C5.5 flare on 10-Dec-2012 at 05:49 UT. Further B-class activity is expected, with a chance for an additional C-class flare.
The position of NOAA 11630 on 11-Dec-2012 at 12:30 UT is:
N19W18, ( 283", 326" )
