Solar activity is at a low level. NOAA 12882 has continued to
decay to become a beta/C-type sunspot group. The target region
is now designated as NOAA 12885, a beta/C-type sunspot group.
NOAA 12885 continued producing B-class activity and also three
C-class flares since the last message, the largest being C2.2
on 14-Oct-2021 at 01:24 UT. B-class activity is expected over
the next 24 hours, with a chance for another C-class flare as
NOAA 12885 rotates up to the North West limb.

Dear Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is low. Target region NOAA 12882 emerged
new flux since the last message to increase in complexity and become
a beta-gamma/D-type sunspot classification. This region has continued
producing B-class flares, including the largest event of the period
(a B5.9 on 12-Oct-2021 at 15:54 UT). However, a new spot region is in
the process of emerging approximately 10 degrees West of NOAA 12882.
This will become the new target due to its rate of emergence and its
proximity to NOAA 12882. Further B-class activity is expected in the
following 24-hour period, with a chance for C-class if the new region
emerges trailing polarity flux close to the leading polarity spot of
NOAA 12882.

somewhat since the last message to become a beta/C-type sunspot group
classification. This region has continued to produce B-class activity,
including the largest event of the period (a B9.5 flare on 12-Oct-2021
at 01:36 UT). NOAA 12883 also produced low B-class flares, but fewer
than 12882. Additional B-class activity is expected over the next 24
hours, with a small chance for an isolated C-class flare.

Dear Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is low. Target region NOAA 12882 has been
stable since the last message and has been confirmed as a beta/D-type
sunspot group classification, while also continuing to produce B-class
activity. Two new spot regions were numbered at the turn of the UT day
(NOAA 12883 and 12884) but both are small in spot area. Of these, NOAA
12883 was the more active with producing B-class flares, while a C2.3
flare occurred at the North West limb on 10-Oct-2021 at 22:28 UT. That
source region has now rotated over the North West limb so NOAA 12882
continues as the target region. Further B-class flares are expected in
the following 24-hour period, with a small chance for a C-class flare.

has decayed since the last message and although it was designated as a
beta-gamma/D-type sunspot group at the beginning of the UT day, it now
appears to have a beta/D-type sunspot classification. NOAA 12882 has
continued to produce B-class flares since the last message. Additional
B-class activity is expected over the next 24 hours, with a chance for
a C-class flare.

MM#009 Default Target
Dear Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2882 produced an isolated M1.6
event at 10/09/06:38 UT. A CME that is likely Earth-directed
was associated with the flare event. 2882 was also the
source of a C2.7 event at 10/08/19:56 UT. A tiny magnetic
delta configuration formed since the last message
within the trailing portion of the EFR that is located
just north of the large round leader sunspot. The
delta configuration is now decaying. C-class events are
likely with a slight chance of another isolated M-class
event in the next 24 hours.

Dear Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2882 was the source of numerous
B-class events and a C1.9 event at 10/08/11:08 UT.
The recently emerged flux located directly north of the
target region's large round leading sunspot has a reversed
polarity beta magnetic configuration. B-class events expected
with C-class events possible in the next 24 hour forecast period.

Dear Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is low-to-moderate. Target region NOAA 12882
initially decayed slightly following the last message, but then developed
spots in its trailing polarity flux to be classified a beta-gamma/C-type
sunspot group. This region was the source of several B-class flares since
the last message and the largest flare of the period, a C5.5 on 7-Oct-2021
at 02:35 UT. After this, NOAA 12882 has started emerging new flux on the
Northern edge of its main leading polarity spot, which has already formed
pores. More B-class flaring is expected in the following 24-hour period,
with a good chance for additional C-class activity.

North has become more magnetically connected, but only B-class activity

expected in the next 24 hours, with a small chance for a C-class flare.

Dear Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is low. Target region NOAA 12880 has
decreased in spot area but increased in longitudinal extent from
a beta/D-type to a beta/E-type sunspot group classification. NOAA
12882 has maintained its designation as an alpha/H-type sunspot
group, but has increased in reported spot area as it has rotated
further on disk. Both regions have produced low B-class activity
since the last message, but 12882 becomes the new target region
due to there being a very small emerging flux region close by to
the North. Further B-class flares are expected in the following
24-hour period, with a chance for C-class flaring if the nearby
emerging flux region becomes more magnetically connected to NOAA
12882.
