Dear Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2866 (S18W53) continues to decay
and was quiescent in the past 24 hour period. We will
switch to NOAA 2868 today. 2868 was the source of
numerous B-class events. The largest was a B8.0
at 09/13/02:58 UT. Include both regions, if possible,
within the FOV. An isolated C-class event is possible
in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 2868 0n September 13 at 15:30 UT is:

Dear Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2866 is rapidly decaying and mostly
quiescent since the last message. NOAA 2868 (S19W57)
is also decaying and quiet. Both 2866 and 2868 have about
the same potential to produce C-class events therefore, if possible,
include both regions within the FOV. B-class activity likely with the
chance of an isolated C-class event in the next 24 hour period.

Dear Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2866 has significantly decayed
especially within its trailing portion. There is weak
mixed polarities located in the region's intermediate
area. 2866 was only able to produce a couple of
minor B-class events since the last message.
New flux is emerging in the northern portion of
NOAA 2868 (S20W43). 2868 produced two C1 events
in the past 24 hours. The primary target will continue
to be 2866 for at least today but, if possible, include
2868 within your FOV. C-class events possible with
a slight chance of an isolated M-class event in the
next 24 hour period.

Target region 2866 remains a large compact active region
with weak polarity mixing within its narrow intermediate
portion but was only able to produce one minor B-class
event since the last message, A C-class event possible
with a slight chance of an isolated M-class event in the
next 24 hour period.

Dear Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2866 is mostly unchanged since
the last message. 2866 was the source of three B-class
events and an isolated C-class event. The largest events
were a C3.5 at 09/09/08:31 UT and a B8.1 at 09/09/17:16 UT.
B-class events expected with another C-class event likely
with a chance of an isolated M-class event in the next 24
hour period.

C8.3 at 09/08/17:30 UT produced by target region 2866.
2866 has developed some weak mixed polarities within its

the chance of an isolated M-class event in the next 24
hour period.

growth phase adding sunspot area and count especially
within its trailing portion. 2866 was the source of ten
minor B-class events and a C1.1 at 09/07/09:34 UT.
Another C-class event possible and there is even
a slight chance of an isolated M-class event in the
next 24 hour period.

Target region NOAA 2866 (D-type/beta) continues in
growth phase displaying bright H-alpha plage and
increased its spot area and count but was not the source
of any flare activity since the last message. NOAA regions
2863, 2864, 2865 and 2888 produced minor B-class
events in the past 24 hours. B-class events likely with
a C-class event possible if 2866 continues to develop
in the next 24 hour period.

Dear Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2864 (D-type/beta, N24E01) was the
source of two B-class events since the last message. 2864
increased its sunspot area within its trailing portion
but lost magnetic complexity. The target will switch to
NOAA 2866 (D-type/beta). 2866 developed rapidly yesterday
and produced four B-class events. The largest was a
B5.1 at 09/05/13:00 UT. B-class events likely with the
chance of an isolated C-class event if 2866 continues in
growth phase.

Dear Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2860 has completed west limb passage.
2860 was the source of ten B-class events since the last
message. The largest was a B8.5 at 09/04/02:23 UT. All of
the events were associated with an active filament/prominence
located along the region's main magnetic inversion line.
There are currently six small regions on the visible solar disk
with sunspot groups. We will pick recently emerged NOAA 2864.
2864 is slowly developing sunspot area and sunspot count.
No significant events expected in the next 24 hour period.
