Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity is at C-level, with the majority of events over the
past 24 hours emanating from NOAA 11991, while NOAA 11990 was the
source of a C3.1 flare at 09:00 UT today. NOAA 11990 is now classified
as a beta-delta region, and has recently seen some negative polarity
flux emerge into the penumbra of the positive leader spot. Major Flare
Watch shall remain in effect for a further 24 hours with NOAA 11990 as
the target region, but also include NOAA 11991 in your field of view
if possible.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The target region NOAA 11990 has remained quiescent since the X4.9
flare yesterday. Several other active regions have produced C-level
events, including NOAA 11982 which was also the source of an M1.1
flare at 14:52 UT today. NOAA 11990 has shown significant signs of
decay since the last message but retains its reversed polarity delta
configuration with strong sheering. At this time we are downgrading
from a Great Flare Watch to a Major Flare Watch due to the decreased
likelihood of another large X-class flare at this time.

NOAA 11990 is now identified as a large delta spot with strong sheer
along its polarity inversion line. Given the potential for another
X-class flare in the next 24-48 hours we are now implementing a Great
Flare Watch campaign.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Since the previous message, the target region (now designated
as NOAA 11990) was the source of a X4.97 flare on
25-Feb-2014 at 00:49 UT. At this time a large spot is visible in
the leading portion of the target region, but the region's
magnetic configuration is still uncertain. A Major Flare Watch
is now in effect. There is a significant chance for a further
major flare.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
NOAA 11982 has remained quiescent over the past 24 hours, while the
new region encroaching upon the southeast limb (the return of NOAA
11967) has continued to produce low C-level flares since the M1.1
flare yesterday. Although the magnetic configuration of this new
region is unclear, it shall be the new target region. Further
low-to-intermediate level activity possible.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The current level of solar activity is moderate. The largest
event since yesterday's message was a M1.1 flare
released by a new region over the East limb on
23-Feb-2014 at 06:10 UT. At this time the magnetic
configuration of the new region cannot be determined.
Yesterday's target (NOAA 11982) has not produced further
significant activity since the previous message, but
continues to emerge flux in its following portion.
Chromospheric brightenings are are being released at the
strong polarity separation line adjacent to the large
following spot. Low C-class activity is expected with the
chance for a moderate C-class event.

released by a region over the East limb on
22-Feb-2014 at 15:50 UT. At this time the magnetic
configuration of the new region cannot be
determined. On the other hand, yesterday's target
(NOAA 11982) was responsible for further low
C-class activity and shows evidence for further flux
emergence in its following portion (the primary site
of its flare activity). Further low C-class activity is
expected with the chance for a moderate C-class
event.

The current level of solar activity is low. Since yesterday's
message, low C-class activity was produced by regions
over both the East and West limbs. Yesterday's target
region (NOAA 11982) was not responsible for further
significant events, but now shows signs of flux emergence
in its North-East portion. Instruments with a limited FOV
should focus on the newly emerging flux, ~5 degrees North
of the main polarity separation line within NOAA 11982.
Low C-class activity is expected with a chance for a
moderate C-class event.

The current level of solar activity is moderate. The largest
event since the previous message was a M3.0 flare,
released by NOAA 11976 on 20-Feb-2014 at 07:56. The
region is currently decaying, and does not exhibit a
complex magnetic configuration. On the other hand,
yesterday's target (NOAA 11982) was responsible for a
series of moderate C-class events. Continued flux
emergence and rapidly moving emerging spots are evident
within its intermediate portion. For instruments with limited
FOV, the main flare site appears to be centered on the
large leading spot within NOAA 11982. If possible, both
NOAA 11982 and NOAA 11981 should be included in the
FOV. Further moderate C-class activity is expected with a
chance for a high C-class flare.

The current level of solar activity is low. A new region is
currently rotating over the East limb (so far responsible
for C-class activity), but it is too early to determine its
magnetic configuration. The largest event since the
previous message was a C3.0 flare on 19-Feb-2014 at
02:01 UT, released by NOAA 11982. The region released
several C-class events, and is likely being destabilised by
nearby NOAA 11981. Instruments with a small FOV should
focus on the area between the main spot pair within NOAA
11982 (the current primary flare site), but should include
NOAA 11981, if possible. Further C-class activity is
expected.
