Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a low level. NOAA region 11691 was the source of
the largest flare over the past 24 hours (a C2.1 flare on 14-Mar-2013
at 05:45 UT). This region has shown some intermediate spot emergence,
but there has been little change over the last 6 hours. A new spotted
bipole region has been emerging over the past 24 hours to the East of
11691 and North West of 11696. NOAA region 11696 is classified as a
beta/D-type sunspot group, but has emerged some intermediate spots and
may be a beta-gamma magnetic configuration. This region was the source
of a C1.4 flare on 13-Mar-2013 at 16:15 UT. Further B-class activity
is probable, with a chance for a low C-class flare.

Solar activity is at a low level. NOAA 11692, is a developed spot (classified
as alpha/H-type) responsible for the largest flare in the previous 24
hours, a C3.6 on 12-Mar-2013 at 22:42 UT. The region produced further
C-class activity but has remained quiet over the previous 12 hours. NOAA
11696 produced a C1.1 flare on 13-Mar-2013 at 04:14 UT. It shows
intermediate spot emergence and penumbral development of the following
spot. While NOAA 11696 is classified as beta/D-type, there is some evidence
for a beta-gamma configuration. B-class activity is probable, with a chance
for a low C-class flare.

Solar activity is at a low level. A developed spot, designated NOAA
11695, is progressing over the North East limb. This region produced
a C1.6 flare on 11-Mar-2013 at 16:40 UT, but has since remained quiet.
NOAA region 11690 produced the largest flare in the previous 24 hours
(a C2.0 flare starting on 12-Mar-2013 at 10:17 UT) which is currently
decaying. This region is in close proximity to NOAA 11691, both having
shown minor flux emergence since yesterday's message. A newly spotted
region, designated NOAA 11696, is classified by NOAA as a beta/C-type
sunspot group. This region has undergone fairly rapid flux emergence
over the past 6-12 hours and will be the new target. B-class activity
is probable, with a chance for a low C-class flare.

Solar activity is at a very low level. Newly emerged NOAA region 11693
has shown signs of decay. Yesterday's target NOAA region 11691 gained
some weak trailing spots, but the leading spot has begun to fragment.
NOAA region 11689 has emerged several trailing and intermediate spots,
while the leading spots have undergone substantial elongation over the
past 24 hours. This region has altered in classification by NOAA from
a beta/D-type to a beta/E-type sunspot group. NOAA 11689 produced the
largest flare in the previous 24 hours -- a B4.8 flare on 10-Mar-2013
at 15:00 UT. Further B-class activity is probable, with a small chance
of a low C-class flare.

Solar activity is at a very low level. The sunspot coming on to the
disk at the North-East limb has been designated NOAA region 11692
and remains quiet. Two small emerging flux regions have appeared in
the South-West quadrant, but have not produced sunspots. A larger
emerging flux region in the North-West quadrant has produced a weak
sunspot pair, but shows little EUV activity. NOAA region 11691 has
undergone the emergence of some intermediate spots that appear to
be already decaying. The largest flare in the previous 24 hours was
a B6.7 on 10-Mar-2013 at 02:19 UT that was produced by NOAA 11691.
Further B-class activity is expected, with a small chance for a low
C-class event.

Solar activity is at a very low level. The largest flare in the past
24 hours was produced by NOAA region 11684 at the North West limb (a
B6.8 on 8-Mar-2013 at 16:36 UT). A well defined sunspot is rotating
over the East limb at approximately 10 degrees North, but has shown
little sign of EUV activity. Yesterday's target has been designated
as NOAA region 11691 (N.B. the incorrect Heliographic latitude was
issued in yesterday's message; it should have been N12 rather than
N22). This region is currently classified by NOAA as a beta/C-type
sunspot group, but shows some signs of a mixed-polarity beta-gamma
magnetic configuration. Further B-class activity is probable, with
a small chance for a low C-class flare.

Solar activity is at a very low level. NOAA region 11686 was
the source of the largest flare in the last 24 hours (a C1.5
flare on 7-Mar-2013), but has now rotated to the limb. NOAA
11689 shows signs of decay in its trailing and intermediate
spots, while the leading spot has become more compact. This
region is classified as a beta/E-type sunspot group, but has
produced no flares in the previous 24 hours (the B7.3 flare
on 7-Mar-2013 at 01:18 UT has since been attributed to NOAA
11684). The target will change to a new region that has been
rapidly emerging in the North East quadrant over the previous
~12 hours. B-class activity is probable, with a small chance
for low C-class events.

Solar activity is at a very low level. Yesterday's target NOAA region
11686 has produced no further activity as it continues to approach the
limb. NOAA 11689 has grown in spot area and number of spots within the
past 24 hours and is classified by NOAA as a beta/C-type sunspot group.
This region has developed several small spots within its leading spot
group including one of opposite polarity to the other spots, indicating
that the region is now a beta-gamma magnetic classification. NOAA 11689
was the source of the largest flare since yesterday's message -- a B7.3
flare on 7-Mar-2013 at 01:18 UT. Further B-class activity is probable,
with a small chance for a low C-class event.

spot area, number of spots, and complexity in the past 24 hours.
This region has been reclassified by NOAA as a beta-gamma/D-type
sunspot group. NOAA region 11686 has continued to produce several
B-class events and a C1.1 flare (on 5-Mar-2013 at 20:38 UT) since
the M1.2 flare on 5-Mar-2013 at 07:47 UT. More B-class activity is
expected, with a chance for low C-class events.

region NOAA 11686 has continued emerging new magnetic flux. This region
is classified by NOAA as a beta/D-type sunspot group, but looks to have
a beta-gamma magnetic classification. NOAA 11686 has produced several
B-class events in the previous 24 hours, in addition to an M1.2 flare
on 5-Mar-2013 at 07:47 UT. Further B-class activity is expected, with
a chance for some high C-class events or an isolated low M-class event.
