Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a very low level. NOAA region 11683 has been
re-classified by NOAA as a beta/E-type sunspot group. Yesterday's
target near the North East limb is now designated as region 11687
and classified by NOAA as a beta/C-type sunspot group. NOAA 11687
has remained somewhat active, producing the largest flare in the
past 24 hours (a B4.4 on 4-Mar-2013 at 06:57 UT). Further B-class
activity is expected, with a small chance for a low C-class event.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity remains very low. NOAA region 11682 has
continued in decay phase and was reclassified by NOAA as a beta/D-type
sunspot group. In contrast, NOAA region 11683 stabilized in the past
24 hours and was reclassified as a beta-gamma/E-type sunspot group. A
new region is emerging in the South West quadrant, while yesterday's
target region continues rotating over the North East limb. This region
remains too close to the limb to determine a magnetic classification,
but has shown several surges after two low C-class flares yesterday.
B-class activity is expected, with a chance of a low C-class event.
The approximate position of this region on 3-Mar-2013 at 14:00 UT is:

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a very low level. NOAA regions 11682 and 11683
have shown signs of decay, with 11682 maintaining a beta-gamma/D-type
sunspot group designation from NOAA. A new region rotating over the
North East limb was the source of two C-class flares in the past 24
hours (a C1.9 on 2-Mar-2013 at 14:59 UT and a C1.6 on 2-Mar-2013 at
18:36 UT). B-class activity is expected, with a chance of further low
C-class events from the new limb region.
The approximate position of this region on 2-Mar-2013 at 20:30 UT is:

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar flare activity was again at very low levels for the past 24 hours.
NOAA 1682, S18W38 is maintaining its stable and quiescent
D-type/beta classification. New target region NOAA 1683 has
switched from a stable phase to growth phase with new flux
emerging within its trailing and intermediate portions where there
is minor mixed polarity. 1683 is currently displaying a D-type/beta-gamma
sunspot group. B-class events expected with the chance of a C-class
event in the next 24 hour period.
The position of NOAA 1683 on March 01 at 14:00 UT is:

last message was a B7.9 at 02/28/16:01 UT produced by NOAA
1682. 1682 added penumbral area in the past 24 hours
but remains a magnetically simple D-type/beta region.
B-class events expected with the chance of a C-class
event in the next 24 hour period.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
NOAA 1682 increased its sunspot area and spot count but lost
its weak beta-gamma magnetic configuration. It is now a simple
D-type/beta region. 1682 was the source of the largest x-ray
event (B8.3 at 02/27/03:22 UT) since the last message. Additional
B-class activity expected with the chance of a C-class event in the
next 24 hours. There is a new region rotating over the southeastern
limb at S18 that produced a B5.6 event yesterday.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The target EFR is now numbered NOAA 1682. 1682 is continuing
in growth phase displaying bright H-alpha plage and an arch-type
filament system. The region currently has a D-type sunspot group
with a weak beta-gamma magnetic configuration. 1682 was the source
of B-class activity in the past 24 hours. The largest was a B4.3
at 02/26/08:12 UT. Additional B-class events expected with the
chance of a C-class event in the next 24 hours. If rapid development
continues there is a chance of an isolated M-class event as well.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The target region (old NOAA 1665) is in decay phase and
quiescent. The target will switch to an EFR located in the
southeastern quadrant. This region has bright H-alpha plage
and a well developed arch-type filament system. It currently
has a simple beta magnetic classification. If development continues,
B-class events are probable with a chance of a C-class event in
the next 24 hours. The most significant event in the past 24 hours
was a very long duration limb occulted B7.9 event and associated CME
produced by NOAA 1678 now located well beyond the northwestern
limb.
The position of the EFR target on February 25 at 14:00 UT is:

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
NOAA 1678 has completed west limb passage. 1678 was
the source B- and C-class activity since the last message.
The largest event was a C4.7 at 02/23/16:09 UT. The new
target region will be the return of old NOAA 1665 rotating over
the northeastern limb. It is too close to the limb to ascertain
its magnetic configuration. B-class events probable with the
chance of a C-class event in the next 24 hour period.
The position of the target on February 24 at 14:00 of UT is:
