MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 1900 has decayed losing its magnetic
delta configuration but it is maintaining a beta-gamma classification
and was the source of C-class activity. NOAA 1893 located
adjacent (just to the north) of 1900 has increased its sunspot area
and magnetic complexity with a beta-gamma-delta configuration.
If possible include both 1893 and 1900 within the F-O-V. Additional
C-class events expected with the chance of an M-class event
as well.
The position of NOAA 1863/1900 on November 18 at 16:30 UT is:

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The current level of solar activity is low. Yesterday's target
(NOAA 11900) was responsible for multiple C-class events
and a M1.0 flare on 17-Nov-2013 at 05:10 UT. Strong
negative flux has emerged, adjacent to the large following
positive spot in NOAA 11900. This mixed polarity region
may merge to form a large delta spot. Further C-class
activity is expected with a chance for a further M-class
event.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The current level of solar activity is low. Yesterday's
target (NOAA 11897) was only responsible for
C-class activity since the previous message.
Continued flux emergence is evident, but no mixed
polarity spots or strong polarity separation lines are
visible. On the other hand, NOAA 11900 was
responsible for C-class activity and two M-class
flares (a M1.2 flare on 16-Nov-2013 at 04:53 UT and
a M1.6 at 07:49 UT). There is evidence for continued
flux emergence in the region and the large following
positive spot has merged with flux to the North, to
form a mixed polarity spot. Furthermore, adjacent
NOAA 11898 (to the South) also shows flux
emergence, and exhibits at least two small mixed
polarity spots. The target region is designated as
NOAA 11900, but if your FOV allows, it should
include NOAA 11898 (~7 degrees to the South).
Further C-class activity is possible with a chance
for further M-class flares.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The current level of solar activity is low. NOAA 11899
was responsible for the largest event since the
previous message; a M1.0 flare on 15-Nov-2013 at
02:29 UT. However, its magnetic configuration is
simple and its structure remains stable. NOAA 11893
shows dynamics within its spot configuration; its north-
most negative spot appears to be merging with the
large following positive spot. Nearby NOAA 11900 is
also showing continued flux emergence and a mixed
polarity intermediate spot, but neither region exhibits
significant activity. On the other hand, yesterday's
target NOAA 11897 was responsible for continued
C-class activity (the largest event being a C7.5 flare
on 15-Nov-2013 on 11:35 UT) and showed further flux
emergence in its NW portion. The region also exhibits
a mixed polarity spot in its intermediate portion.
Further C-class activity is expected with a chance for
an isolated M-class flare.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The current level of solar activity is low. NOAA 11893
exhibits flux emergence in its NW and SW portions,
resulting in a strong gamma magnetic configuration, but
has not produced significant activity, so far. NOAA 1899,
while exhibiting a simple magnetic configuration, contains
a large leading spot and was responsible for a series of
C-class flares. Meanwhile, yesterday's target region (NOAA
11897) was responsible for fewer C-class events, but of
higher magnitudes; the largest event since the previous
message was a C5.9 flare on 13-Nov-2013 at 20:42 UT.
The target region exhibits a newly emerged mixed polarity
spot at its eastern boundary, which may be the cause of
the region's continued activity. Further C-class activity is
expected with a chance for an M-class event.

15:20 UT). The region exhibits a gamma magnetic
classification and currently harbours a small mixed-
polarity spot, as well as continued flux emergence,
in its intermediate portion. Further C-class activity is
expected with a chance for an M-class event.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The current level of solar activity is low. Yesterday's
target region (NOAA 11895) has been renamed as
11897 as it continues to rotate onto the disk. The
following portion of the region exhibits a large mixed-
polarity spot structure with a long polarity separation
line that shows some evidence for shearing. NOAA
11897 was responsible for C-class activity since the
previous message, the largest event being a C4.3 flare
on 11-Nov-2013 at 21:46 UT. Further C-class activity
is expected with a chance for an M-class event.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The current level of solar activity is moderate. Yesterday's
target region (NOAA 11890) was only responsible for a
C-class activity. The region still contains a delta spot, but
the penumbrae diminished and the other spots have
continued to fragment. On the other hand a new region has
rotated over the East limb, designated NOAA 11895, and
was responsible for the largest flare over the previous 24
hours (a M2.4 flare on 11-Nov-2013 at 11:18 UT. The new
region is too close to the limb to obtain a reliable magnetic
classification, but may harbour a mixed polarity spot. The
MFW is ended at this time and the new target region is
NOAA 11895. C-class activity is expected with a chance of
a further M-class event.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The current level of solar activity is high. Yesterday's
target region (NOAA 11890) was responsible for a
X1.1 flare on 10-Nov-2013 at 05:14 UT. The polarity
separation line within the delta-spot in the region's
intermediate portion has strengthened significantly
since the previous message. Due to the increase in
activity of the target region, the current MFW will
continue for at least the following 24 hours. Moderate
activity is expected with a chance of a further X-class
event.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The current level of solar activity is low. The largest
event since the previous message (a C2.6 flare on
9-Nov-2013 at 06:47 UT) was released by the target
region, NOAA 11890. The delta-spot remains in the
region's intermediate portion, but no significant activity
has been released in the past 24 hours. The MFW
will continue for the following 24 hours, but will likely
be called off with tomorrow's message if the current
levels of activity continue. Further C-class activity
is expected with a chance of an isolated high M-class
flare.
