Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at the mid C-level with a recent flurry from NOAA 13107 as it crossed the central meridian. NOAA 13107 is currently undergoing flux emergence while NOAA 13110 has decayed significantly since the last message, particularly in its trailing portion. NOAA 13107 shall be the new target region with further C-level activity likely over the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 13107 on 27-Sep-2022 at 11:30 UT is:
S25W06, ( 90", -506" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
