Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has increased to a moderate level since the last message. The largest event was an M1.3 flare at 01:19 UT today produced by the target region NOAA 13256 (S22E49). 13256 retains a beta/E-type configuration and also produced 4 C-class flares in the period. Today the target shall remain on this region. Moreover, the nearby region NOAA 13257 (S27E63, alpha/H-type) has remained active and also produced several low C-class flares during the period. If possible, please also include NOAA 13257 in your field of view. More C-class activities are expected in the following 24-48 hours, with a chance for additional low M-class flares.
The position of NOAA 13256 on 20-Mar-2023 at 08:30 UT is:
S22E49 (-675", -286")
