Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is low. The largest flare since the previous message was a C1.7 flare on 28-Jul-2013 on 03:10, released from NOAA 11793, which has rotated over the west limb. Weak flux emergence has continued within NOAA 11805. Yesterday's target NOAA 11800 has continued to emerge flux, increasing the number of spots and total spot area. This has increased the evidence for a gamma magnetic classification within the region. Further B-class activity is expected with a chance for C-class events.
The position of NOAA 11800 on 28-Jul-2013 at 17:30 UT is: S08W70, ( 879", -162" )
