Dear Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is low. The target area at the North East limb has been flare-quiet since the last message. NOAA region 13282 continues to be the largest spot group on the visible disk and showed minor growth in terms of spot area in the period. Although NOAA 13282 decreased in magnetic complexity in its classification that was issued at the start of the UT day - now being a beta/E-type spot group - this region may have redeveloped mixed interior polarities (i.e., returning to a beta-gamma). This region has produced several low C-class flares since the last message and becomes the new target. C-class flares are expected in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 13282 on 19-Apr-2023 at 20:00 UT is:
N11W14 , ( 229", 266" )
